On the occasion of the 42nd edition of the Medigames, the organization wished to centralize all the establishments in the popular district of Bocagrande. This peninsula, located to the west of the city, will offer you all the activities you need for a dream stay. Its long sandy beaches lined with palm trees will offer you direct access to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. The area also has a large number of restaurants, stores and terraces for all tastes and budgets.
Cartagena’s historic center with its colorful houses, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only 25 minutes away on foot and only a few minutes by cab.
The Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas, one of the largest fortresses built by Spanish colonists in the 17th century, is about 4 km from the peninsula.

This year, the participants of the golf events will stay at the Hotel Estelar, located 200 meters from the Games Center and offering a great view of the Caribbean Sea. The hotel is less than 300 meters from the beach and the Plaza Bocagrande shopping center.
Rooms are available in double/twin or single and are equipped with air conditioning, safe, minibar, 43-inch TV, Wi-Fi access and private bathroom.
