CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

In the event of cancellation of registration by the participant, the following cancellation fees will be retained depending on the date of cancellation:

  • Cancellation before 12 March 2026: no cancellation fee
  • Cancellation between 13 March and 12 May 2026: 50% cancellation fee on expenses incurred
  • Cancellation from 13 May 2026: 100% of expenses incurred

IMAGE RIGHTS

Participation in the World Medicine and Health Games automatically implies the transfer of image rights of the participant and their companions to the organiser for use in promotional materials.

CANCELLATION OF THE EVENT

If, for reasons of force majeure (war, strikes, riots, natural disasters, epidemics, etc.), the WMS could not take place, CSO would not be held liable for any sums already paid. In this case, CSO will do its utmost to ensure that these sums are retained so that they can be reused for the organisation of the Games on other dates. If, for reasons beyond CSO’s control, the events have to be cancelled definitively, participants who have already registered will have to bear, on a pro rata basis, the sums incurred by CSO, in addition to the sums already paid to CSO.
